One of the best to do it, offers plenty motivation and allows you to work at your own pace, outside of being a trainer definitely connect with you on many levels other then fitness, so seem like you training with a friend and not a trainer. Have tried Shack Camp and workouts and I can say Im always pleased. Good to know that its more then a business for him, that its about bettering people
