ShackCamp Membership

The ShackCamp membership grants you access to one group workout class of choice, designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and stay motivated. Our diverse class schedule ensures a well-rounded fitness experience, focusing on different muscle groups and training styles.

 

ShackCamp Class Schedule:

Sundays | 8:00 AM – Cardio & Core

Mondays | 7:00 PM – Upper Body Strength Training

Wednesdays | 7:00 PM – High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Saturdays | 12:00 PM – Leg & Glute Strength Training 

📍 Class Location: 4170 North Port Washington Rd.

 

A guest pass is perfect for someone who is not too sure &/or able to purchase a membership, but is looking for consistent, high-energy training with the flexibility to bring guests. Join us and take your fitness journey to the next level!
