ShackCamp is a group fitness class hosted by Shack himself.
The purpose of ShackCamp is to be that push you may need towards a healthier and more fit lifestyle within a group enviroment. ShackFitness will guide you through a variation of High Intensity Interval Training, Resistance Training, as well as Cardio & Core workouts. All workouts are modified if needed
ShackCamp Days Held: (time & days subject to change)
- Monday’s x Upper Body Day @7pm
- Wednesday’s x Full Body Day @7pm
- Saturday’s x Legs/Glutes @12pm
- Sunday's x Core/Cardio @8am

Fee: $10 one time pop-in class. $15 (total) if you were to bring someone along with you.
